Domestic Violence Restraining Order – Dismissed
After an evidentiary hearing, the Judge denied Petitioner’s request for a permanent Domestic Violence Restraining Order and dismissed the case against my client (Respondent) with prejudice.

The Judges in both cases agreed, and ordered the DMV to set aside the license suspensions. In his most recent case, the Judge also ordered the DMV to pay attorney’s fees and costs.
