Writ Challenging DMV License Suspension - Granted
Mr. Seipel has been successful in his last two writs before the San Diego and Orange County Superior Courts. In both cases, he argued that the DMV violated his clients' due process rights to a fair hearing before an impartial tribunal. The Judges in both cases agreed, and ordered the DMV to set aside the license suspensions. In his most recent case, the Judge also ordered the DMV to pay attorney's fees and costs.
